Shipping & ReturnTrailTrek Supply Shipping Policy:

At TrailTrek Supply, we work hard to make sure your gear gets to you quickly, safely, and affordably — no matter where your next adventure begins.

Shipping Times

We partner with trusted carriers and fulfillment centers to ensure fast delivery across the U.S.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on product and location)

  • Expedited Shipping: Available on select items at checkout

  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once your package ships.

Some of our adventure gear ships directly from our international warehouse partners to keep prices low for our customers. You may receive certain items separately if you ordered multiple products.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

For orders under $75:

  • Flat rate: $4.95 within the continental U.S.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have additional fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
You can track your shipment anytime under the “My Orders” section of your account.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every item we sell — if your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right.

Return Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@trailtreksupply.com with your order number.

  2. Include a brief reason for the return (defective, damaged, wrong size, etc.).

  3. Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with a return label or next steps.

Note: Certain outdoor gear (like first aid kits, personal hydration items, or used safety tools) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover all return costs and send you a replacement free of charge.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 business days, please contact us — we’ll immediately investigate and ensure your product gets to you or issue a full refund.
