1. Order Policy
Each order placed through trailtreksupply.com is processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
To ensure accuracy, please double-check your shipping address and contact information before finalizing your order. We’re unable to modify orders once they’ve entered processing.
If you need to cancel an order, contact support@trailtreksupply.com within 12 hours of placing it.

Occasionally, some of our adventure gear ships directly from partner warehouses to help us keep costs low for you — this will not affect quality or delivery reliability.
4. Warranty & Defective Products
We want you to love your gear.
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trailtreksupply.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund — no hassle, no runaround.
Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty. These will be listed on their respective product pages.
5. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in original packaging.
Certain items — like first aid kits, personal hygiene items, or safety tools — cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
